Discover what's really happening in your community.
You already have the file. Export the chat from WhatsApp, Slack or Telegram, upload it, and Mungo Park shows who carries the room, which topics are climbing, what nobody answered, and up to five evidence-backed next moves.
How it works
Export the chat from WhatsApp, Slack or Telegram. Upload the file; nothing joins your group and no admin access is needed. In about ninety seconds you see a community health score, who carries the conversation, which topics are rising, the questions nobody answered, and up to five evidence-backed actions with drafts you can post.

Privacy
Raw exports are deleted after analysis and abandoned uploads are deleted automatically. Reports keep computed metrics and limited evidence, with phone numbers masked, and nothing that identifies a member is sent to web search.
How much does Mungo Park cost?
Free is $0 with three analyses a day. Pro is $10 a month for unlimited analyses, 60-day, 90-day and all-time windows, report history, PDF exports and three seats; in Nigeria, Pro is ₦7,000 for 30 days, renewed whenever you like. Lifetime is a one-time $150 (₦135,900 in Nigeria) for everything in Pro, with early access to new features, no subscription and no renewals.
Which platforms can I analyse?
WhatsApp chat exports, Slack workspace export ZIPs, and Telegram Desktop JSON or HTML export folders. Each export is read with a platform-specific parser, and every metric names the platform it came from. Discord appears in the product but cannot accept a file yet.
Do I have to connect a bot or hand over admin access?
No. Mungo Park reads a file you export yourself, so nothing new joins your group and no token changes hands. If you can download the chat, you can get the report.
Why does my WhatsApp report hide the total member count?
The report separates the people observed anywhere in the export from people active in your selected period. Slack can include an exact users.json roster. Telegram and WhatsApp counts are labelled observed estimates when the export has no complete roster, using messages, reactions and membership events without pretending silent, unseen members were counted.
What happens to my file after the analysis?
The raw export is held only long enough to complete the read, then deleted; abandoned uploads are cleaned up automatically. The derived report keeps metrics and limited evidence needed to explain them, with phone numbers masked. You can delete a report, a workspace, or your account.
Will the banter in my group be read as hostility?
Conflict is judged from the messages around it, not from single words. Where the surrounding exchange reads as banter, it is not labelled conflict, so trash talk between regulars stops registering as a fight.
Can I share a report without exposing member names?
Yes. Shared reports and the message drafts Mungo Park writes for you can both have member names redacted, so you can send the numbers to a sponsor, a client or your team without exposing the people in your community.
